TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Navigation data
During their normal operation the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified parties, but through processing and association with data held by third parties its very nature can make users identifiable. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its proper functioning. Personal data collected through navigation on the website will not be communicated or disseminated.

Cookies
This site uses some types of cookies in order to prevent the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of navigation by users. The Data Controller has chosen to use, as a preference, the so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) over the so-called persistent cookies.
This site uses only the so-called technical cookies: they are those used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication on an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary to the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such a service.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data through this site involves the subsequent data acquisition and processing necessary to respond to requests.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
These data are used to check the proper functioning of the site and to obtain static information (most frequently visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.). The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT-related offences against the site (legitimate interests of the Data Controller).

LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the interested party, expressed by browsing the website http://www.nordestcongressi.it, and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may only be accessed by persons authorised to process it and by persons processing data on behalf of the Data Controller who have been appointed as Data Processors. These subjects are bound to secrecy and confidentiality also on the basis of specific internal regulations.
The data processed for the above purposes will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The data processed for the above purposes will not be transferred to third countries.

DATA RETENTION CRITERIA
Navigation data are generally stored for no more than ninety days, except in the case of unlawful activities.
